NOW Health Group has hired Todd DeRoo as the chief operations officer (COO) of NOW Health Group. In his new position, he will be responsible for leading all of NOW Health Group’s manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, and engineering functions.

DeRoo has over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing of dietary supplements and over-the-counter products. NOW reports that he has a proven record of operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and process innovation. Throughout his career, he has overseen large-scale production facilities, improving efficiency and quality measures in highly-regulated environments.  

DeRoo has managed cross-functional teams, overseen manufacturing processes, and has continuously improved productivity and cost reduction, NOW reported, and he leads with a people-first mindset, leveraging collaborative and data-driven decisions.

Most recently, DeRoo was vice president of operations for Perrigo, where he oversaw the OTC and oral care business units, along with U.S. distribution and transportation.
